Jennifer Haynes
Jennifer Haynes(LMBT #
7176) specializes in the Bellanina Facelift massage. This luxurious treatment relaxes and uplifts facial muscles, drains fluid retention, increases circulation to the face, and helps to naturally restore a youthful appearance. The facelifting effects work best in a series of 12 weekly visits, for those aged 40 to 60. However, all ages can experience the additional benefits of deep relaxation, insomnia relief, and easing the pain of migraines, TMJD, or sinus allergies.
Jennifer also offers Ashiatsu, given with the feet rather than hands, to give a deeper, broader, and more effective massage. It combines long, luxurious Swedish style strokes with deep compression, lengthening traction, and stretches. It is an excellent choice for those with back pain, or who simply prefer a deeper massage. Jennifer was certified in this modality by Barefoot Masters.
Jennifer graduated in April, 2007 from Asheville School of Massage and Yoga. She believes holistic healthcare is the way to achieving physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
